Roxana Diana Tiutiu

Roxana is a Managing Associate and a leader of the firm’s next generation of transactional lawyers. She is a sharp strategist and a tenacious negotiator with extensive experience in structuring and executing complex M&A transactions. Roxana advises entrepreneurs, corporations and investment funds through their critical moments of acquisition, sale, or reorganization.

Her expertise is complemented by a deep knowledge of complex employment law, allowing her to provide 360-degree strategic counsel on transactions involving significant human capital. Her approach is direct, commercially driven, and focused on delivering victory for the client.

Before joining Bulboaca & Asociatii, Roxana gained her experience in the Corporate/M&A team of one of the largest law firms in Romania.
