Raluca Ilie

Raluca is a Senior Associate within B&A and member of the Banking and Finance team.

She has over 6 years experience as a lawyer before joining B&A, acquired by working with one of the largest domestic law firms in Romania, as well as with a reputed IP/IT boutique law firm.

As a dual-qualified lawyer, she has gained a broad range of expertise in the Financing sector, Intellectual Property and other related regulatory matters.

Her Banking and Finance background specifically consists in: financing processes, restructuring, due-diligence, extensive regulatory reviews on anti-money laundering, payment services, insurances and capital markets.

She graduated from the Law School of Bucharest University and is a member of the Bar Association.

In her spare time, Raluca enjoys caring for her orchids and other plants she is growing​, as well as sightseeing.
