Camelia Dolănescu

Camelia is a Senior Associate within Bulboacă & Asociații, being part of the Dispute Resolution team with a special focus on Restructuring and Insolvency.

In the past, Camelia has provided legal assistance and representation in a broad range of fields within a well-known law firm. Passionate about business law, Camelia has consolidated her experience as a litigator, providing legal assistance in restructuring and insolvency projects, as well as in corporate and labour law projects.

With a client-centered approach, seeking and applying the most suitable legal mechanisms, Camelia believes that there are no problems without a solution, and with commitment, even the most difficult and complex questions have an answer.

She has graduated from the Law School of Bucharest University and holds an L.L.M in Business Law at the same University. She is also a member of the Bucharest Bar.
