Alexandra Mazilescu

Alexandra brings a rare and powerful interdisciplinary perspective to our clients, built on a foundation of legal, financial, and tax studies. Her unique background, holding degrees in both Law and Economic Studies (Finance & Banking), allows her to approach complex financial matters with a 360-degree perspective.

As an Associate in our Banking & Finance practice, she applies this integrated skillset to advise clients on sophisticated financing transactions and regulatory matters. Before specializing in finance, Alexandra gained valuable experience in the litigation department of a national law firm and in the corporate tax division of a Big Four advisory firm, giving her a deep understanding of the entire transactional lifecycle.

In her spare time, Alexandra loves traveling to new places and exploring different cultures. She is also passionate about cooking and reading.
