Adina Alexandra Roșca

Adina is a Senior Associate within Bulboacă & Associates, being part of the Corporate and M&A team.

Her experience includes advising international and domestic companies on various corporate and regulatory matters, including commercial contracts, due diligence analysis, corporate governance matters, business transfers, and the executing of corporate transactions on both the seller and buyer sides.

Adina has gained notable experience in market access, pricing, compensation, promotion, and labeling issues for medicines, medical devices, cosmetics, and food supplements, providing legal assistance in numerous regulatory matters to some of the leading international pharmaceutical companies operating in Romania.

Before joining B&A, Adina gained experience as a member of the corporate and M&A team of one of the largest law firms in Romania

She is a member of the Romanian Bar Association and holds a Master’s degree in banking and finance from Bucharest University of Economic Studies.

Adina loves traveling and exploring different cultures and she’s passionate about literature, art, and music.
