Recently, π†π„πŽ πŸπŸπŸ•/𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟐 was adopted to amend and supplement the π‹πšπ° 𝐨𝐧 𝐏𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐧𝐒𝐭𝐲 π‹πžπšπ―πž 𝐧𝐨. 𝟐𝟏𝟎/πŸπŸ—πŸ—πŸ— which provides that the father of the newborn child who is an employee benefits from a paternity leave of 10 working days (instead of 5 days, as in the previous regulation).

One of the novelties of the normative act is the granting of paternity leave, along with the related allowance to all fathers who have the status of worker, with a more extensive meaning than in the previous provisions.
