A new draft law supports entrepreneurs investing in renewable energy—specifically, in solar and wind power generation facilities, electricity storage units, transformer stations, and other similar systems.

In addition to creating a framework for the dual use of agricultural land, the law also introduces important restrictions on the exploitation of such land, notably limiting its use to a maximum of 50 hectares.
