According to a new ordinance in force as of the end of October 2023, the Government removed the 50-ha limitation for construction on agricultural lands located outside the city limits, but only for renewable projects of national interest. These projects should be developed on the lands of fertility classes (IV) and (V), owned by the state and managed by State Domains Agency.
