According to the decision of the National Qualifications Authority, implemented by the National Union of Labor Law Experts, the practice of issuing diplomas for labor law experts has seen an increase in the required number of training hours—from 180 to 240.

This new category of individuals claiming expertise in labor law may now be entrusted with leading conciliations or negotiations, although their contribution—even with additional training—should be viewed with a degree of skepticism.
