A new Order amending the Regulation on endorsement, reception and registration in the Land Register tends to align the provisions of the Regulation with the regulations of a higher order and to prescribe some technical guidelines, as a result of the situations encountered in practice.

The changes concern, among others, the cadastral operations, such as the dismantling of land with constructions erected on it, or the exact specification of the need for the planning certificate in the case of these operations.
