Decision of the 𝐝𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐨𝐫 of the 𝐜𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐭𝐲 𝐚𝐠𝐫𝐢𝐜𝐮𝐥𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐞 𝐝𝐞𝐩𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 regarding the removal from the agricultural circuit of the lands located in the outskirts of the localities.

As novelty, the temporary or final removal, if the case may be, from the agricultural land category of the extra muros lands is approved also by decision of the director of county agency for agriculture, in case of agricultural lands of more than 1 ha and up to maximum 50 ha for the set-up of renewable energy parks, with the consent of the competent department from the Ministry of Agriculture.
