𝐋𝐚𝐰 𝐧𝐨. 𝟒𝟗/𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟑 aims to supplement the Insolvency Law (Law no. 85/2014) regarding the 𝐏𝐫𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐀𝐠𝐫𝐞𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐜𝐞𝐝𝐮𝐫𝐞.

Thus, starting from 𝐌𝐚𝐫𝐜𝐡 𝟔, 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟑, the term for the satisfaction of claims established by agreement can be extended by 𝟐𝟒 𝐦𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐡𝐬.

The duration of the agreement, including extensions, cannot exceed 60 months from the date of its approval by the syndic judge.

The measure creates a favorable climate for entrepreneurs who are in a preventive arrangement procedure, opened before 𝐉𝐮𝐥𝐲 𝟏𝟕, 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟐 and who have benefited from an extension, as follows:

These days came into force the measure that grants economic entities the right to be able to extend by 24 months the deadline for the satisfaction of claims established by preventive arrangement.

Technical condition: The procedure must be ongoing on July 17, 2022.
