By assisting LuxVet Group, the leading veterinary services provider in Poland, in acquiring Vetzone—the largest private veterinary hospital in the Dobrogea region—Bulboacă & Asociații supported a strategic move that marks LuxVet’s European expansion. This step also contributes to the Group’s broader goal of becoming one of the largest platforms for integrating veterinary units in Central and Eastern Europe.
LuxVet Group is backed by three reputable investment funds: Oaktree Capital Management, Cornerstone Investment Management, and INVL Baltic Sea Growth Fund—an endorsement of the Group’s strong foundation and ambitious expansion plans. Vetzone, now under the LuxVet umbrella, continues to represent a benchmark of excellence in veterinary medicine, while maintaining its local identity and commitment to quality patient care.
The second major project involves advising the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) in a €75 million indirect equity investment in R.Power SA, to support the development of renewable energy projects, including in Romania. R.Power, one of the largest utility-scale solar energy producers in Poland, is expanding its operations across Italy, Portugal, Spain, Germany, and Romania, where it is currently developing an impressive portfolio of projects exceeding 1 GWp.
