At the end of December 2022, the law firm Bulboacă & Asociații SPARL provided legal assistance to the banking syndicate comprising Banca Comercială Română SA (acting as coordinator, mandated lead arranger, bookrunner, documentation, security, and payment agent), CEC Bank (as mandated lead arranger), OTP Bank, EximBank, First Bank, and Intesa Sanpaolo Bank (as lenders), in the consolidation and extension of significant credit facilities granted to the Carmistin Group, with a total value of 846 million RON.
