- Successfully assisting and representing a romanian member of a reputable Austrian banking group, including universal banking operations, as well as profile companies in the market of leasing, private pensions and housing banks in a very large portfolio of litigations against consumers, associations of consumers or authorities protecting the rights of the consumers. ensuring the negotiation activities in order to settle with the claimants;
- Successfully advising and representing Industrial & Financial Group ASCOM S.A. (from the Republic of Moldova) against Kazakhstan State in an international arbitration related to exploration and development contracts in Kazakhstan by the largest oil and gas company of the Republic of Moldova. The $750 million in damages and interest arbitration award issued in 2014 is the largest award under the Energy Charter Treaty and the third-largest treaty arbitration award in history;
- Advising and successfully representing an independent, international strategic PR agency, headquartered in London, in administrative law litigation against the State Domains Agency (Administratia Domeniilor Statului) in connection with the execution of a signed contract as a result of a public auction;
- Successfully representing the metropolitan fiber optic network for telecommunications of the Municipality of Bucharest, in a high stake administrative dispute against the market regulator;
- Assisting an important holding company from Romania in an administrative law litigation in which our client requested the annulment of a telecom decision issued by the regulator authority in relation to the underground telecommunication network activity developed by the client in Bucharest;
- Successfully representing a Spanish group of independent consulting engineering firms in the arbitration (ICC Paris) phase in connection with a construction dispute against The National Company of Motorways and National Roads resulting from an ISPA works contract;
- Drafting for R.A. Aeroportul Oradea the Conditions of Contract for Construction for Building and Engineering Works – Yellow FIDIC, drafting the supervision contract of works (building engineer), legal assistance during the performance of the Airport Improvement Project;
- Successfully advising a romanian company specialized in the design, production and sale of mining, metallurgical, construction equipment, as well as in the production and assembly of metal fabrications in relation to the enforcement of a court decision through which the Romanian State was obliged to pay compensation to the former amounting to approximately EUR 10 million for the takeover by the Education Ministry of a high school built by the client;
- Advising and representing the Bucharest branch of an international general contractor providing services to the energy industry in all matters arising from a severe labor accident, including assistance in labor, civil and criminal law matters and representation in front of competent authorities and courts of law;
- Assisting and representing an independent internationale renewable energy company the developer, in relation to a litigation against Ministry of EU funds for the reimbursement of plus EUR 1 million EU grant for the acquisition of wind turbines in 9 MW Oravita project by way of public procurement.
