Roxana Diana Tiutiu

Roxana is a Senior Associate within Bulboacă & Associates, being part of the Corporate and M&A team.

Her experience includes structuring and implementing governance measures to protect the rights of minority or majority shareholders, providing legal advice to companies regarding the analysis of corporate governance aspects, implications of the client's ownership in certain companies, matters related to the responsibilities and actions of the Board of Directors, performing due dilligence procedures, assistance in international transactions involving the acquisition and transfer of shares and assets, implementing mergers and spin-offs, drafting and negotiating corporate contracts, issuing legal opinions and documents such as division projects, shareholders' resolutions, etc.;

Before joining B&A, Roxana has gained her experience as member in the corporate and M&A team of one of the largest law firms in Romania and since the beginning of her career, her legal assistance and client representation, along with her innovative ideas applied in the strategies of the cases under her management, have led to the success achieved by her clients.

She is a member of the Bucharest Bar and holds a Master's degree form the Law School of the Bucharest University, in Judicial Career, specializing in in-depth law.

Roxana loves travelling and exploring different cultures and she’s passionate about literature, art and music.
