Grigore Haș

Grigore is a Senior Associate with B&A and member of the Litigation and Insolvency team and has 9 years’ experience as a lawyer.

In particular, he is experienced in civil law, complex commercial disputes derived from Romanian and international commercial law relations (commercial transactions, joint ventures etc.), as well as in corporate disputes (disputes between shareholders, withdrawals and exclusions from company).

Grigore also concentrates on administrative and fiscal contentious, labor disputes but also on criminal law and has an important practice in representing clients in complex bankruptcy and reorganization proceedings, forced execution and debt recovery measures.

He graduated from the Law School of Bucharest University and is a member of the Bar Association.

He enjoys traveling, sports reading and spending time with his family.
