Camelia Dolănescu

 

Camelia is a Senior Associate within Bulboacă & Asociații, being part of the Dispute Resolution team with a special focus on Restructuring and Insolvency.

In the past, Camelia has provided legal advice and representation in a broad range of fields within a well-known law firm. Passionate about commercial law, Camelia has consolidated her experience by representing clients through insolvency procedures, as well as in commercial litigations, but also by providing consultancy services on various aspects of corporate law.

Since the beginning of her career as a lawyer, Camelia stood out through her client-centric attitude, looking for and applying the most appropriate legal mechanisms. Camelia believes that there are no problems without a solution, and with commitment, even the most difficult and complex questions have an answer.

She has graduated from the Bucharest University, Faculty of Law and holds an L.L.M in Business Law at the same university. She is also a member of the Bucharest Bar.
