Ana Chira

Ana is a Senior Associate with B&A and member of the Corporate and M&A team.

Her experience includes performing complex due diligence procedures, assistance in international transactions involving the acquisition and transfer of shares and assets, preparing shareholders’ agreements, implementing mergers and spin-offs as well as assistance in the day-to-day activities of foreign and domestic clients on various corporate and commercial matters.

Before joining B&A, Ana has gained her experience as member in the corporate and M&A team of one of the largest international law firms in Romania. She was also part of a young and dynamic law firm, advising on corporate, commercial and M&A matters.

Ana has graduated from the Law School of the Bucharest University. She is a member of the Bucharest Bar and is fluent in English.

Ana loves travelling to new places and exploring different cultures and traditions. She is also passionate about music and reading about history and psychology.
