- Advising the Romanian branch of an international branding services company in relation to all labor aspects at company level, from labor agreements negotiations to internal regulations and termination of employment relationship procedures, including compensation and benefits policies;
- Advising and assisting a German manufacturer of hygiene and care products in relation to the labor-law matters related to the day-to-day activity of the company, including in relation to the mandatory annual collective negotiations with the company’s employees;
- Advising the Romanian branch of a multinational industrial group in relation to the labor-law matters related to the day-to-day activity of the company, including in relation to the dismissal of several employees and the mandatory annual collective negotiations with the company’s employees;
- Assisting a provider of integrated search technologies in relation with various labour related matters, such conclusion of the individual labour agreements and all the related documents in connection with the labour relationships, unfair competition and other regulations on competition etc.;
- Assisting a large retailer from Romania in connection with complex labour matters, including on the implementation of a multi-jurisdictional restructuring project;
- Advising the largest producer and distributor of fresh fruit worldwide in relation to labour issues related to the restructuring of the client’s business in Romanian, putting the company dormant, termination of employment relationships with existing employees and carrying out the distribution operations through the agency of a consulting company;
- Advising the Romanian national airline operator (state-owned), in connection with simultaneous complex negotiation of the collective labor agreement with 9 different unions
- Advising a Swedish company producing commercial and special vehicles in connection with a labor due diligence key issue report and with the negotiation and conclusion of the collective labor agreement;
- Advising world's most international tobacco group on drafting and negotiating their collective labor agreement and various dismissal issues;
- Legal assistance for a large company producing cables and electrical conductors from Romania on the main aspects of interest for the client in the field of labor law, including on collective bargaining;
- Advising the official local representative of the largest internationally operating Swiss media company in connection with the complex labor issues, including the revising of standard employment agreement applicable at company level and internal regulation and policies;
- Advising a large real estate agency in Vienna in connection with employment, as well as redundancy legal issues and various matters concerning the restructuring of the company from a labor law perspective;
- Advising an important Hungarian investment company in connection with labor law matters related to a cross-border transaction which implied the sale of a multinational networks of gas distribution stations.
