The Law no. 164/2018 amending Government Emergency Ordinance no. 99/2006 on Credit Institutions and Capital Adequacy has been published in the Official Gazette no. 626 of July 19, 2018. 

The new law will unblock the saving-lending system for housing purposes in Romania. The main amendments brought by the legislation are here.
