During the 4^th session of scientific presentations  "International Multidisciplinary Scientific Conference on Social Sciences & Arts SGEM 2017" (Albena, Bulgaria), our colleague Lidia Lupu contributed as a speaker with the presentation titled "Teleworking and its benefits on work-life balance".

The developed theme is a hot topic at European Union level in the context of the adoption of the Proposal for a Directive of the European Parliament and of the Council on the work-life balance of parents and caretakers and of repealing the Council Directive 2010/18/UE, which covers the implementation of flexible forms of work (including telework) for parents returning from parental leave.
