THE ROLE
As we continue to expand our team, we are seeking a qualified lawyer with at least 3 years of experience in Corporate / M&A, motivated to go beyond the boundaries of conventional legal assistance.
We are looking for a colleague who will become an active part of the structuring core of our projects, contributing directly to the execution of high-profile mandates — ranging from complex national and international expansion projects to strategic consolidation transactions.
This is an opportunity to move beyond pure documentation work and become a key contributor in the implementation of transactions, within an environment that values professional passion, strategic thinking, and real impact on clients’ businesses.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Corporate and M&A, with a solid understanding of the mechanisms governing a transaction
• Member of the Bucharest Bar
• Excellent academic results, combined with a pragmatic understanding of Romanian civil and commercial law
• Commercial mindset – ability to interpret the numbers and business objectives behind legal clauses
• Excellent drafting and communication skills in English
• Strategic thinking and the ability to remain effective during the key moments of a transaction
