Her transfer to the Bucharest Bar in 2024 reflects a deliberate step toward deepening her specialization in high-level transactional work, aligning her professional path with her longstanding interest in corporate and M&A practice, demonstrating the tenacity and dedication that define our team.

As an Associate in our Corporate / M&A practice, Alexandra is a key member of our elite transactions team. She contributes to all phases of a deal, from due diligence to closing, and provides counsel on a range of corporate and commercial matters.
